Indian expat wins Dh7 million in UAE raffle while Emirati and six other Indians also win Dh100,000 each in draw

  DUBAI - An Indian expatriate is the latest to become a multi-millionaire after winning Dh7 million in a draw in the UAE. Manekudy Varkey Mathew won the top prize in the Big Ticket Abu Dhabi with ticket number 024039 on Thursday. Mathew bought his ticket from a store. UAE national Mohamed Dost Mohamed and six other Indians also won in the draw, taking home Dh100,000. The Indian winners are: Neeraj John, Arun Ravindranath, Ratheesh Keezhmadathil Thangappan, Steven Charles Lasrado, Radhakrishnan Ganeshan and Siva Nageswara Rao Eluri. Last month, Indian expat Krishnam Raju Thokachichu bagged the Dh5 million top prize with winning ticket 021051.
