Reef Luxury Developments, a Dubai-based real estate developer, has unveiled a groundbreaking innovation with its latest projects: the temperature-controlled sunken balcony. This patented concept, described as the first of its kind, will be featured in all apartments developed by Reef, allowing residents to enjoy outdoor spaces throughout the year, regardless of the weather. The company plans to launch 30 projects by December 2025, with a total investment of Dh14 billion. These projects, spanning 5,000 residential units, will be located in rapidly growing communities in Dubai, offering unique living experiences with a high return on investment (ROI). The first of these projects will be launched in the coming days. Reef's CEO, Samer Ambar, said the innovation aligns with Dubai's vision to become a global hub for innovation, emphasizing the company’s commitment to creating exceptional properties. In addition to the sunken balcony, the projects will feature modern amenities such as green spaces, energy-efficient buildings, and communal areas designed to enhance social interaction.
