  DUBAI – Is she, or isn't she? Media mogul Oprah Winfrey had put to rest any question about a potential bid to run for the 2020 presidency. But now she's revealing the one thing that could make her change her mind. “I had people ― wealthy, billionaires ― calling me up and saying, ‘I can get you a billion dollars.
