Motorists with traffic fines in Abu Dhabi can now pay in installments without interest as part of the “easy payment” service by the Integrated Transport Centre (ITC) of the Department of Municipalities and Transport. Installments can be paid via bank account or credit card. Participating banks include First Abu Dhabi Bank, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, and Emirates Islamic Bank. The ITC plans to have more partner banks in the first half of 2024. The minimum value of the total fines must be Dh3,000. Installments can be done monthly, quarterly, or in 6-month or 9-month periods without interest or profit. Motorists can apply for the service through TAMM service centres, or through the Customer Happiness Centres at Abu Dhabi City Municipality or Al Ain City Municipality. ICA/Expat Media
