The Abu Dhabi Civil Defence announced job openings in the fire prevention and safety department on Thursday. If you're interested, here are the requirements and a guide on how to apply: Requirements 1. Must hold a Bachelor's degree or diploma in one of the following engineering fields: Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil, Electronics Engineering or in Fire Safety 2. Must be a national of the United Arab Emirates 3. Must pass the medical examination as required 4. Must provide a certificate proving completion of the national service requirements (for male applicants) 5. Height must not be less than 160cm and weight must not be less than 60kg 6. Must pass the required physical fitness tests 7. Must have a good conduct certificate 8.
