A new job has opened up in the UAE as Minister of Youth, with Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum announcing what the government is looking for in the new appointee. The Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai recently announced the desired qualifications for anyone to nominate himself or herself for the role. Sheikh Mohammed said that the right candidate should be able to represent the issues of the youth, convey their opinions and be able to work with the government to address these issues. The right candidate must be passionate about public service, and be familiar with issues in the UAE and the youth, Sheikh Mohammed added. Sheikh Mohammed said that anyone who believes he or she is fit for the role must send their application letter to the Council of Ministers. ICA/Expat Media
