Abu Dhabi is set to welcome one of the biggest names in contemporary music as seven-time Grammy Award-winning artist John Mayer has been confirmed to perform at Saadiyat Nights 2026, the UAE capital’s flagship open-air concert series. The American singer, songwriter, and guitarist will make his UAE capital debut on January 24, 2026, with a live performance under the stars on Saadiyat Island. Known for his soulful vocals and masterful guitar skills, Mayer will deliver a setlist blending pop, rock, and blues—a sound that has earned him international acclaim and more than 20 million albums sold worldwide. Fans can expect to hear some of his biggest hits, including Gravity, Your Body Is a Wonderland, Daughters, Slow Dancing in a Burning Room, and Waiting on the World to Change. Mayer’s addition strengthens an already stellar line-up for Saadiyat Nights, which runs across three months and is organised by Experience Abu Dhabi, the destination brand of the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi. Other confirmed acts include Italian pianist Ludovico Einaudi on January 10, Scottish singer-songwriter Lewis Capaldi on January 17, and Latin pop legend Ricky Martin on January 31.
