The Liwa Sports Club has announced its plan to secure a Guinness World Record for Liwa Caravan Parks as the largest serviced caravan parking area. Since its inception in 2017, the parks have grown to become a global destination for camping enthusiasts. Originally accommodating 144 caravans in 2018, the parks’ capacity has since expanded significantly. By 2021, upgrades doubled capacity to 448 caravans, and in 2022, the number rose to 592 caravans. In 2023, substantial developments included a paved road, sports fields, and enhanced public facilities, boosting capacity to 840 caravans. In 2024, the club introduced eco-friendly golf carts, a unified electronic booking system, and new measures to ensure a safe and quiet environment for visitors. The latest innovations aim to provide a seamless experience for campers while promoting environmental sustainability. “Our continuous developments aim to position Liwa Caravan Parks as a leading global destination and set an example in creating world-class recreational facilities for caravans,” said a spokesperson for Liwa Sports Club. The parks have attracted visitors from across the globe, becoming a hub for outdoor enthusiasts seeking a blend of nature, modern amenities, and community spirit. The club has emphasized its commitment to enhancing visitor experiences and meeting international standards.
