Mahzooz, the UAE's favorite weekly draw that has produced 30 millionaires, is well known in the region for its generous weekly prizes and ongoing social and humanitarian contributions. In line with its commitment to the community, Mahzooz partnered again with Emirates Red Crescent (ERC) to support the Pakistan flood victims. Pakistan's devastating floods have affected around 33 million people this year, including approximately 16 million children. The country experienced the most severe flooding in its history, washing away villages and leaving families and individuals needing immediate, lifesaving support. Mahzooz supported the Emirates Red Crescent's Pakistan flood relief initiative by donating 500,000 bottles of mineral water in addition to Dh25,000, which ERC will use to buy food and other essentials. "Homes were destroyed, schools have been wiped out, and water systems have been severely damaged. By providing water bottles, the affected families can now have access to safe drinking water, minimizing the possibilities of waterborne infections", said Farid Samji, CEO of EWINGS, Managing Operator of Mahzooz. Mahzooz has partnered in the past with ERC to support their relief initiative in Lebanon following the devastating Beirut blast in 2020. The company is committed to changing people's lives through its generous weekly prizes and continuous social contributions, which are carried out exclusively through official NGOs and not-for-profit organizations that have touched the lives of over 8000 direct and indirect beneficiaries.
