Pop icon Mariah Carey delivered a powerful night of music under the stars as she returned to Abu Dhabi for a second sold-out performance at Saadiyat Nights on Saturday (February 7). Thousands of fans filled the open-air venue on Saadiyat Island, creating an electric atmosphere as the multi-award-winning superstar stepped on stage. Back by popular demand after her 2024 debut at the same venue, Carey once again proved why she remains one of the world’s most celebrated vocalists. The concert featured a carefully curated setlist blending nostalgia with fresh material. Fans sang along to timeless hits such as Hero, Fantasy, We Belong Together and Always Be My Baby, while also enjoying tracks from her new album Here For It All. Her signature five-octave range and soulful vocal style were on full display throughout the evening. Dressed in dazzling outfits and backed by a live band and vocalists, Carey commanded the stage with confidence and warmth. Between performances, she paused to thank the audience for their continued support. “It’s wonderful to be back in Abu Dhabi. Thank you for such a warm welcome and for sharing this special evening with me,” Carey told the crowd. Carey’s concert marked another major highlight in the 2025–2026 Saadiyat Nights season. The February line-up continues with Canadian rock legend Bryan Adams performing on February 11, followed by seven-time Grammy Award winner John Mayer on February 15.
