McDonald’s UAE has been named the Best Workplace in the Middle East for 2023, according to global research firm Great Place to Work. McDonald’s UAE, under Emirates Fast Food Company LLC, topped the list in the Large-sized organization category, with Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) coming in second and Splash taking third place. McDonald's Qatar also made it to 17th place.
