More baby milk products recalled in UAE

  DUBAI – After the recent withdrawal of Lactalis milk products in the UAE due to Salmonella contamination, the company said it is doing further product recall. On Friday, the Lactalis Group said it is also recalling all infant and nutritional products manufactured and packed in its Craon factory since February 15, 2017. The company, however, assured that no case had been reported in UAE. "We are well aware of the seriousness of the situation and fully understand the anxiety and inconvenience that have been caused. No case has been reported in the Emirates. Food safety for all our consumers and all our products is our highest priority, which is why we are taking such rapid and drastic measures in order to deal with this situation," it said in a statement.

The additional batches to be recalled in the UAE are:
