Victims were crossing the street in Al Qulaiah when a car hit, ran over them

  SHARJAH – A car hit and ran over a Jordanian mother and her three-year-old daughter in Al Qulaiah area, killing them instantly. The driver, an Afghan national, was seriously injured when his car crashed into a wall after hitting the victims during the incident on Wednesday. He was rushed to Al Qassimi hospital. The Jordanian woman, identified by Sharjah police as A.S.M., and her daughter identified as G.Z.A., were crossing the road in Al Qulaiah when they were hit by the car driven by the Afghani. The vehicle crashed into a wall after hitting the woman and her daughter. The victims were pronounced dead by medics who rushed to the scene of the accident. Police are conducting further investigation into the incident.
