New executive chef, new menu launches at 3in1 Vida Downtown

  DUBAI - A new Executive Chef has taken over the kitchen of Vida Downtown hotel to launch a creative new menu for its 3in1 restaurant. Ian Mancais brings a spectacular track-record that includes being commissioned as the consultant of the worlds’ first under-sea restaurant in the Maldives. Renowned in the industry for his refined, creative and innovative approaches, Mancais is shaped by multicultural experiences and an abiding passion for hospitality and food. He has appeared both on live and recorded television shows in Las Vegas, New York, Los Angeles, Buenos Aires, Tahiti and London, in addition to hosting his own show in Tokyo.

New 3in1 menu

The  executive chef now brings his remarkable culinary flair to Vida Downtown with a brand-new menu at the hotel’s signature restaurant 3in1. The delicacies that Mancais conjures up are sure to impress all – from connoisseurs of fine dining to those who fancy a quick indulgence. There is something for everyone – from lovers of that perfect steak to a quick sandwich or burger, from grills to Arabic mezzeh and shawarma wraps or the traditional lamb ouzi. Explore the culinary voyage at 3in1 with the signature starters such as Fire on Ice – A spicy crispy beef or chicken salad tossed with spinach, sprouts and sweet peppers, sesame oil and light soy, or the Alive & Inspired Summer Salad – a healthy toss of mango, avocado, papaya, fresh spinach, and kale with lemon scented pan-fried salmon or chicken. Move on to a selection of burgers including the Downtown Chicken Burger or sandwiches, an assortment of pastas with the signature selection being the Vida Pasta Alfredo, a must-have Fettuccini with chicken, mushroom cream, parmesan cheese and toasted pine seeds.
