Motorists in Dubai Production City and Dubai Science Park will now need to pay for parking under a new tariff system announced by Parkin, the city’s parking-management provider. The move, aimed at regulating parking and improving user experience, covers two key areas: • Dubai Production City (area code 685F) • Dubai Science Park (area code 672F) Parkin said clear signage has been installed to identify all paid-parking zones. “Introducing the new tariff will help manage demand, ensure a smoother flow of traffic, and give users flexible options for short- and long-term parking,” the company said in a statement. The new system offers both hourly rates and subscription plans for frequent users. Here's the complete parking tariff list: Paid parking hours: 8am to 10pm Hourly rates: 1 hour – Dh4 2 hours – Dh8 3 hours – Dh12 4 hours – Dh16 5 hours – Dh20 6 hours – Dh24 7 hours – Dh28 24 hours – Dh32 Subscription plans: 1 month – Dh315 3 months – Dh840 6 months – Dh1,680 1 year – Dh2,940 Parkin urged motorists to use official Parkin payment channels and follow posted instructions to avoid fines. The new parking fees are part of Dubai’s ongoing efforts to improve traffic management and provide convenient options for residents and visitors.
