No Covid-19 deaths in UAE in last 24 hours

  DUBAI – The Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) announced on Thursday (December 16) that there were no deaths from Covid-19 cases in the UAE in the past 24 hours. The death toll remains unchanged at 2,151. The ministry also noted that an additional 119 individuals had fully recovered from Covid-19, bringing the total number of recoveries to 738,260. Meanwhile, 200 new coronavirus cases were recorded in the country in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of cases to 743,352. The ministry said that the infected individuals are from various nationalities, are in a stable condition, and receiving the necessary care. Across the UAE, authorities conducted 337,670 additional Covid-19 tests over the past 24 hours, using state-of-the-art medical testing equipment.
