Authorities in Dubai confirmed that no injuries were reported after debris from an aerial interception fell on buildings in different parts of the emirate. In a statement on Saturday (April 4), the Dubai Media Office said a minor incident occurred at a building in Dubai Internet City. “Authorities confirm that they responded to a minor incident caused by debris from an aerial interception that fell on the facade of the Oracle building in Dubai Internet City. No injuries were reported,” the Media Office said. The affected site includes an office building linked to Oracle. Authorities also confirmed a separate incident in Dubai Marina, where debris struck another building facade. No fire or injuries were reported in that case. The developments come amid heightened regional tensions, with the UAE’s air defence systems actively intercepting incoming threats. According to official figures, UAE air defences intercepted 23 ballistic missiles and 56 unmanned aerial vehicles on April 4 alone. Since the start of the attacks, authorities said a total of 498 ballistic missiles, 23 cruise missiles and 2,141 UAVs have been intercepted. Officials also confirmed multiple casualties linked to the broader attacks, including members of the armed forces and civilians of various nationalities. A total of 217 people have been injured, with cases ranging from minor to severe. Authorities reiterated the importance of relying on verified information channels during such incidents.
