Abu Dhabi-based communication coach speaks as beautiful as she looks

Noor Alhuda has been called one of the pretty faces on social media. The entrepreneur and popular communication coach, who is based in Abu Dhabi, features in viral videos on TikTok and Instagram where she offers life advices. But there’s more to her than just a pretty face. Noor is the first female Arab communication coach in the Middle East, and is the passionate founder of training and consulting company Nooralhudatalks Co. “For more than eight years, I have been professionally training people to take their communication and interpersonal skills to a whole new height through my talks and trainings in different countries, including UAE, Canada, Kuwait and Turkey,” Noor tells Expatmedia.net. The reason why she continues doing what she does? To motivate and help people, she says. “Some of the best compliments or feedback I have received are: ‘After 20 years of marriage we went through a very dark time in our marriage. Your coaching and guidance gave us hope and saved our relationship’,” shares Noor, who has a degree in Communications and Media, and a masters in Educational Leadership. “My dreams are driven by passion to create and deliver content that helps people become the best versions of themselves,” she adds.

Office politics

Never be the one to pass on gossip, or spread rumors. When you hear something, take time to consider how much credibility it has and whether it is appropriate to share.

Toxic relationships

Toxic relationships are like a cancer to your soul. Pull yourself out, start your healing process before you reach stage 4 - before it’s too late!

Achieving success

Once you truly believe you can do it, then everything else is possible.

On doing business

“Your network is your net worth”. Expand your network to include even “weak ties” in all different places, not just within your profession.

Money

Be generous with your money for the sake of Allah. The more you give the more you get.

On confidence

Confidence is shaped through our experiences in life, therefore unbreakable confidence is built from the outside in. Building stronger communication skills is the number one factor that affects your self-confidence, that’s another reason why I enjoy offering and teaching those skills.

On family

Empathize and systemize. Understand and share the feelings of one another. Systemize to avoid chaos. It is the parent’s job to set realistic rules for the family to follow and respect.

On dealing with abuse

Understand that no one can continue abusing you or make you feel inferior without your consent. You either set your boundaries, stop your abuser and seek help or you lose yourself forever, there is no third route.

On debts

I believe the secret for everyone who is hoping to achieve financial freedom or at least avoid going through financial turmoil is gaining the knowledge of money management. Try to invest your time in learning the fundamentals of financial management and try to teach your children those fundamentals from a young age. A great book that I recommend everyone to read is "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" by Robert Kiyosaki. Learning the knowledge in this book should be as important as learning how to brush your teeth before bed!
