Kim Jong-Un calls Trump a 'dotard' and 'frightened dog'

  NEW YORK – North Korean foreign minister Ri Yong Ho said on Friday that Pyongyang could do a hydrogen bomb test over the Pacific Ocean following US President Donald Trump's threat of military action against the communist state. Ri issued the statement after North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un made a rare and direct statement to Trump, accusing the US leader of being a "dotard" and a "frightened dog". A dotard is an enigmatic term for a senile or weak-minded person. In a speech to the UN General Assembly (UNGA) on Tuesday, Trump threatened to"totally destroy" North Korea and said the North Korean leader was "obviously a madman" who would be "tested like never before." Two days later, Trump said he planned to issue an executive order that would sanction individuals, companies and financial institutions that do business with North Korea.
