Overseas Filipinos in the UAE can access over 10 essential Philippine government services—including National ID registration and CENOMAR application—under one roof at the OFW Serbisyo Caravan. “Now there’s no excuse to not find out if someone is truly single,” one organizer quipped to Expat Media, referring to the availability of the much-talked-about CENOMAR (Certificate of No Marriage). Whether it’s for legal purposes, marriage, or even peace of mind—this once elusive document is now within reach for Filipinos in the UAE. The Bagong Bayani ng Mundo – OFW Serbisyo Caravan, the flagship outreach program of the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW), will be held  on August 3 at Exhibition Hall 8 of the Dubai World Trade Center, from 9am to 6pm. It reaffirms the Philippine government’s commitment to making vital services accessible to Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and their families. Filipinos can walk in—no pre-registration required—and avail of services from nine major Philippine government agencies, including CENOMAR issuance, National ID registration, free legal aid, financial aid consultations, and franchise support.

Main highlights of the OFW service caravan

1. Apply for your CENOMAR or birth/marriage/death certificate The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) will issue the following: • CENOMAR (Certificate of No Marriage) – P210 • Birth, marriage, death certificates – P155 each • Certificate of No Death Record Step-by-step guide How to apply for a CENOMAR or Certificate at the OFW Caravan: 1. Visit the PSA booth at DWTC Hall 8 2. Choose the type of certificate you need 3. Present valid Philippine ID 4. Pay via Philippine peso, GCash, or PayMaya 5. Receive confirmation and processing timeline 2. Register for the Philippine National ID (PhilSys) New registration and reprints of the National ID (paper and digital) will be available. What to bring: Any of the following primary documents: • PSA-issued birth certificate + 1 government-issued ID with photo and signature • Philippine passport or ePassport • GSIS or SSS UMID • Student permit or Driver’s license Alternative accepted IDs (if no primary ID): • Seaman’s Book • OWWA ID • Senior Citizen ID • 4Ps ID • NBI Clearance • Police Clearance • PWD ID • Voter’s ID • TIN ID • PhilHealth ID • National ID or Residence ID from other countries To check your registration status, use your transaction slip or demographic details on www.philsys.gov.ph For digital National ID: 1.
