Vehicle driver arrested by British police after plowing through people near mosque   LONDON - An investigation has begun after a man died while eight others were hurt when a van hit a crowd of worshippers outside the Finsbury Park Mosque in Seven Sisters Road past midnight in the British capital. A 48-year-old man was arrested following the incident, according to police. The identity of the man was not released.
