Phase 3 of Bloom Gardens project in Abu Dhabi finished; 147 villas and town houses set for turnover

  ABU DHABI - Bloom Properties, developer of Bloom Gardens near Khalifa Park in this Emirati city, has finished the third phase of the project and will turn over the 147 villas ahead of schedule. Bloom Properties said the turnover was originally scheduled within the first quarter of 2017. Bloom Properties, which is part of the National Holdings conglomerate, said the additional town houses, which are part of the third phase, would be available only to Emiratis. The third phase is composed of three-bedroom town houses, semi-detached three-bedroom villas, and four and five-bedroom detached villas. The price of a three-bedroom town house is between Dh2.9 million to Dh3.5 million and according to Bloom Properties, there is a "strong demand from home buyers and investors" for the town houses. The first phase, which has 12 villas, is located off Salam Street near the Sheikh Zayed bridge and was launched in 2008 while the second phase of 55 more villas was finished in 2015. Bloom's Brighton College is part of the second phase development. There is a plan to have a fourth phase where a community center, nursery and polyclinic will be built.
