Philippine Airlines (PAL) has been voted the second most preferred airline in Southeast Asia at the 2025 Flyers’ Choice Awards, organized by AirlineRatings.com. This recognition reflects both expert assessments and thousands of verified passenger votes. Nominees were evaluated in categories such as Best Cabin Crew, Best Uniform, and Greatest Peace of Mind. Voters cast their ballots from April 3, offering a transparent, customer-driven evaluation. PAL President Richard Nuttall thanked travelers for the honor: “We thank the voting travelers for this special honor, reflecting the trust and satisfaction that all of us in Philippine Airlines strive to earn from our passengers by delivering friendly service, an unwavering focus on safety and reliability, and the genuine care that comes from the heart.” Earlier this year, PAL was named Best Travel Brand in the Philippines and ranked second in Southeast Asia by Campaign Asia Pacific. It also earned recognition as one of the Top 10 Asia Pacific Airlines and was the most punctual airline in the region in April 2025, achieving an on-time performance of 86.07 percent, according to Cirium.
