Philippine Consul General calls for respect for people with special needs

  DUBAI – Consul General Paul Raymund P. Cortes reminded the people to refrain from using “autistic” as well as other language that may offend and insult our fellow Persons-with-Disabilities (PWDs). Cortes made a statement during the commemoration of the National Autism Consciousness Week.
