The Philippine Consulate General Dubai has announced a special “Babies’ Day” on Thursday (April 9), offering additional appointment slots for key consular services. The initiative will cater to Filipino families needing assistance with Report of Birth registration and passport applications for children. According to the consulate, applicants must secure an appointment through the official online registration link to ensure a smooth and organised process. Parents are reminded to bring complete requirements, particularly for newborns under 12 months old as well as for delayed birth registration cases. The consulate encouraged Filipino residents in Dubai and the Northern Emirates to take advantage of the additional slots.
