Dubai-based Pinas Cargo celebrated its 10th year anniversary with the official launch of the Pinas Group of Companies. At the recent anniversary celebration, Pinas Cargo CEO Marlyn Castro introduced her conglomerate Pinas Group of Companies, consisting of Pinas Cargo, Pinas Spa and Beauty Center, Pinas Travel and Pinas Gold UAE. Castro said Pinas Group of Companies will allow their merchant partners to enjoy “comprehensive, impactful presence across diverse sectors”. The Filipina entrepreneur also shared her story in the UAE, recounting the challenges she faced as a regular worker and how she overcame the initial hardships to establish her businesses. The anniversary celebration was attended by Philippine Ambassador to the UAE Alfonso Ferdinand Ver; Philippine Consulate Dubai Cultural Officer Joie Pabilla, Labour Attache of the Migrant Workers Office John Rio Bautista, and other community leaders.
