Piolo to headline Barrio Fiesta Dubai with Maris and FranSeth

It appears the Museum of the Future is set to add more celebrities to its lineup of star visitors, with Piolo Pascual and the FranSeth love team of Francine Diaz and Seth Fedelin expressing their enthusiasm to visit the iconic museum in Dubai. The trio are heading to Dubai this February 10 for the anticipated Barrio Fiesta Dubai at Zabeel Park Gate 5. They will also be sharing the stage with Maris Racal. Speaking to Expat Media in a recent online conference ahead of their visit to Dubai, Piolo, Francine and Seth said they can’t wait to meet fans and perform at the fiesta, which runs from 10am until sundown. Tickets start at Dh35 for adults and Dh20 for students and kids at Virgin Megastore. Families can go for the Family Bundle for two adults and two kids for only Dh95 or the Barkada Bundle for four adults for only Dh120. February would be Francine and Seth’s first time to visit Dubai and the reel-life couple are excited to experience the city. “I’d like to see the Burj Khalifa, try sky diving and see the Museum of the Future!” Francine told Expat Media. Seth shared that he would like to go skydiving and visit Ferrari World. “I’d also like to go to the desert and ride one of the dune buggies. I am very excited for this,” he said in Filipino. Piolo, who regularly visits Dubai, said he also wants to visit the Museum of the Future. “Because every time I go , either it’s under construction or there’s never a chance,” the heartthrob said. Since it opened on February 22, 2022, the Museum of the Future has counted many celebrities among its long line of visitors, including Hollywood’s Chris Hemsworth and the Philippines’ Robin Padilla. Meanwhile, answering an Expat Media question on their most memorable fiesta, Piolo said he recalls going to every Santacruzan, a parade held on the last day of the Flores De Mayo festival. “I remember they would always get me as escort in different towns so you walk the whole stretch of the barangay and growing up that’s what I did, wearing barong. It’s always fun,” Piolo shares. He also loves going to Sinulog and Dinagyang festivals. “Now we get to do it with Barrio Fiesta Dubai. I’m looking forward to it because everyone will be together. It’s very festive,” Piolo added. Francine echoed the same sentiment, saying she is looking forward to her first  fiesta experience in Dubai. Seth said he considers the butterfly-inspired Paru-Paro Festival of Dasmariñas City as his most memorable festival while growing up. “I always wait by the roadside to see the floats.
