The rain in Al Ain. Abu Dhabi Police Rainfall in parts of Al Ain is expected to continue until Friday (August 8), according to the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM). On Tuesday (August 5), areas including Saa, Khatm Al Shiklah, and Umm Ghafah experienced varying intensities of rainfall—from heavy showers to drizzles—due to the country being affected by an extension of a weak surface low-pressure system from the east, accompanied by an upper-level low-pressure system. NCM said the weather from Wednesday onward will remain generally fair to partly cloudy, with chances of cumulus clouds forming in the east and south, especially in the afternoon, which may bring rain. Below is the five-day weather forecast from NCM: Wednesday, August 6 Fair to partly cloudy at times, with a chance of some convective cloud formation eastward with a probability of rainfall by afternoon.
