The UAE can expect more wet weather this week, with the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) forecasting rainfall in the eastern and northern parts of the country. On Sunday (June 8), rain lashed areas in the northern emirates including Dibba-Masafi Road, Al Halat, Al Ghounah, Wadi Al Abadla in Fujairah, Masafi in Ras Al Khaimah, and Khor Fakkan in Sharjah. On Monday (June 9), the NCM issued a weather bulletin predicting more rain in the same regions, along with a chance of fog or mist in western coastal and inland areas. Light to moderate winds may stir up dust and sand. Here's the 5-day weather forecast: Monday, June 9 Fair in general. Expect some convective cloud formation eastward and northward, possibly with rainfall. Slight temperature increase. Humid night and morning, with a chance of fog or mist westward. Winds: light to moderate, with some dust. Tuesday, June 10 Fair with chances of light rain in the east. Humid night and morning with mist possible. Winds: southeasterly to northeasterly, 10–25 km/h, reaching 40 km/h. Seas: slight in Arabian Gulf and Oman Sea. Wednesday, June 11 Fair, with afternoon clouds eastward. Humid night and morning. Winds: southeasterly shifting to northwesterly, 10–25 km/h, reaching 40 km/h. Seas: slight. Thursday, June 12 Fair with afternoon cloud build-up. Temperatures to rise. Winds: southeasterly to northwesterly, 10–25 km/h, reaching 40 km/h. Seas: slight. Friday, June 13 Fair to partly cloudy eastward. Winds: southeasterly to northeasterly, 10–25 km/h, reaching 35 km/h.
