The Gulf state of Qatar has declared that the completion of Sha'ban is on Wednesday (March 22), and the beginning of Ramadan is on the following day. "The committee to investigate the crescent of Ramadan is now connected to all parts of the country and neighboring countries, and I believe that the crescent cannot be seen today, and the month of Sha'ban will be 30 days, and the beginning of Ramadan will be March 23," said Dr. Farouk Hamadeh, Religious Adviser at the Presidential Court. The meeting was presided over by Justice Minister Abdullah Sultan Bin Awad Al Nuaimi, and other high-ranking officials were present. While the Lunar Calendar Committee at the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department continues to gather information and present its results to the Moon-Sighting Committee, the Shariah courts across the country also kept tabs on the situation and informed the committee.
