Ras Al Khaimah announces new public bus route to Global Village

Authorities announced on Saturday that residents of Ras Al Khaimah can now take a public bus directly to Dubai Global Village for only Dh30. The Ras Al Khaimah Transport Authority (RAKTA) inaugurated the bus route in response to increased demand from people who want to visit the family-friendly destination, in collaboration with the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai and the Global Village. The bus service is only offered on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with two roundtrips daily. Trips from Ras Al Khaimah to Global Village are scheduled at 3pm and 5 pm, with return trips from the park to the emirate at 10 pm and 12 am. The initiative's trial launch began on December 16, 2022.
