Marjan, the master developer in Ras Al Khaimah, has announced a prize of Dh2 million to be shared between the top investor and the top-performing real estate agent in the emirate. The announcement was made by Marjan’s CEO, Abdulla Al Abdouli, at the recent Future of Ras Al Khaimah Conference. The incentive aims to stimulate increased investment activity and foster competition in Ras Al Khaimah's booming real estate market. According to Marjan, the top investor by transaction volume will receive Dh1 million, while the real estate agent with the highest sales will be awarded Dh1 million. The prize period will run until December 31, giving participants two months to make their mark in Ras Al Khaimah’s growing market. “This initiative is part of our broader vision to accelerate market engagement and drive growth in the real estate sector,” Al Abdouli said. “As we approach our 2025 targets, we hope this reward program will encourage new activity in the property market.” Al Abdouli highlighted that luxury property sales in Ras Al Khaimah have surged recently, with two units selling for a record total of Dh180 million. Ras Al Khaimah’s real estate market has witnessed significant investment milestones, with developments reaching high value per square foot. Almal Real Estate Development has set a record in the emirate with sales priced at Dh6,300 per square foot. This achievement has reinforced Ras Al Khaimah’s appeal as an attractive destination for high-net-worth investors. As part of its long-term growth plans, Marjan is actively developing projects such as RAK Central, a sustainable, mixed-use hub that will integrate work and residential spaces with a focus on green building standards.
