A delegation from the Ras Al Khaimah Police recently visited Abdullah Rashid Al Dallahi Al Shehhi, a patrol driver at the Shamm Police Station, after he was hospitalized following a traffic accident. Led by Colonel Hamad Abdullah Al Awadi, Director of the Media and Public Relations Department, the team conveyed heartfelt well-wishes from the RAK Police Commander-in-Chief and his Deputy. They were joined by Captain Ali Al Maziyood Al Shehhi, Director of the Traffic and Patrols Branch at Shamm Police Station, and Captain Ali Ahmed Al Alkim, Director of the Retirees and Events Branch. “We hope for his full recovery and return to duty in good health,” the delegation expressed during their visit, calling it a humanitarian gesture to lift morale. Meanwhile, RAK Police have also launched a new public awareness campaign titled “Beware of Cybercrime” in collaboration with the Ras Al Khaimah Broadcasting Authority. Spearheaded by the Media and Public Relations Department and the Department of Criminal Investigations, the campaign aims to raise awareness about online fraud and scams. It also seeks to foster stronger cooperation between the police and community in identifying and stopping cybercriminals.
