Filipino comfort food is getting a flavorful upgrade in the UAE as Razon’s of Guagua expands its menu this October — and yes, it includes humba. There’s also papaitan, a bold, comforting soup known for its distinctive flavor, and beef mani, a Razon’s specialty packed with the brand’s signature taste. For fried chicken lovers, the new fried chicken with gravy promises that irresistible crispy-outside, juicy-inside goodness — served with house-made gravy. “These additions highlight our commitment to offering a wider variety of Filipino favorites for both kababayans and expat food lovers here in Dubai,” Fuentes said.
