Filipino rock legends Rivermaya are reuniting for a much-anticipated world tour, with Dubai set to host their thrilling concert on February 9, 2025, at the Coca-Cola Arena. The tour will reunite original members Rico Blanco and Bamboo Mañalac, promising an unforgettable experience for fans of their iconic music. Best known for chart-topping hits like Kisapmata, 214, and Balisong, Rivermaya has been a cornerstone of the Filipino music scene for over three decades. Their dynamic blend of rock, pop, and alternative sounds has cemented their place in music history, with fans across generations eagerly awaiting this epic reunion. Blanco, who performed at Dubai’s Pinoy Beats concert earlier this month, spoke fondly of the energy in the city. He told Expat Media that he is always excited to share his music and collaborating with seasoned artists as well as emerging stars. Organized by Live Nation Middle East, the upcoming concert at Coca-Cola Arena will feature a mix of Rivermaya’s greatest hits and newer material. Tickets for the show start at Dh199 and are available through Platinumlist. This performance is part of the Rivermaya Reunion World Tour, which will see the band visiting major cities worldwide, reigniting the spirit of Filipino rock and bridging the gap between old and new generations of music lovers.
