The search for exceptional Filipino teachers in the UAE has officially begun with the launch of The Teacher Award 2024. Organized by the Filipino Teachers in the UAE through the National Organization of Professional Teachers Inc.-Filipino International Teachers Society (NOPTI-FITS UAE), this award aims to recognize and honor the dedication of Filipino educators who have made significant contributions to the educational landscape of the UAE. The Teacher Award 2024 celebrates outstanding teaching and innovation in inspiring Filipino students. The award is categorized into three key areas: Best Mentor, Innovative Teacher, and Most Inspiring Teacher. These categories highlight the different aspects of teaching excellence, ensuring that teachers who excel in mentorship, creativity, and inspiration are duly recognized. Teachers and nominators are encouraged to submit their nominations by September 30. The nomination form can be downloaded here, and the completed form must be submitted by 1pm to filsocnoptifitsuae@gmail.com on or before the deadline. The winners will be celebrated during a special Teacher’s Day Celebration on October 12, at the Migrant Workers Office in Dubai. The event showcases the Filipino teaching community’s commitment to quality education in the UAE.
