Indian superstar Shah Rukh Khan surprised fans in Dubai with an appearance at VOX Cinemas City Centre Deira on Sunday (December 17) to promote his upcoming movie, Dunki. During the Fan Show, Shah Rukh Khan described it as his “best film” and urged movie fans at the Fan Show to go see it when it releases later this week. Dunki tells the story of four friends from a village in Punjab who dream of going to England. Their heartwarming journey starts when they meet a soldier who promises to take them there. Dunki features an ensemble cast including Boman Irani, Taapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal, Vikram Kochhar, and Anil Grover. It releases in cinemas in the UAE and GCC on December 21. ICA/Expat Media
