Police in Sharjah have arrested a gang of 7 drug dealers who used delivery companies to sell illegal drugs in the emirate. According to Sharjah Police, the gang worked with low-income employees of delivery companies to sell cocaine and hashish. Police were able to seize from the gang 7,604 grams of cocaine, 494 grams of hashish and 297 rolls of narcotics. The gang was arrested within 12 hours of police receiving a tip-off. Sharjah Police worked with authorities in neighbouring emirates to arrest the international gang in a raid. The members have now been referred to the public prosecution to face legal action, according to Sharjah Police. ICA/Expat Media
