Sharjah extends paid parking hours for seven-day zones as announced by the Sharjah City Municipality on Sunday (October 27). These zones are identified by blue parking information signs. Starting November 1, motorists in Sharjah will pay for parking slots from 8am to midnight. Previously, parking fees applied from 8am to 10pm. The 16-hour paid parking zones will operate daily, including public holidays. In Sharjah, parking spaces are usually marked with blue and white curb lines, along with signage that clearly outlines usage and fee details. The Sharjah City Municipality stated that this measure is intended to enhance parking efficiency and increase space availability. The parking fees listed below apply to all paid parking zones in Sharjah. Tickets can be paid through the SMS parking service in the emirate: 1 hour- Dh2 2 hours- Dh5 3 hours- Dh8 5 hours- Dh12 Commercial parking for all areas in Sharjah City: A business subscription for all areas of Sharjah grants the subscriber the right to park in any public parking spot throughout Sharjah city. 10 days- Dh170 20 days- Dh290 30 days- Dh390 3 months- Dh1,050 6 months- Dh1,750 12 months- Dh2,850 Commercial parking for two areas: 3 months- Dh600 6 months- Dh1,100 12 months- Dh2,100 FLE/Expat Media
