The Sharjah Ladies Run will be held on February 15, coinciding with the 10th anniversary of the Sharjah Ladies Club (SLC). Held under the patronage of Sheikha Jawaher bint Mohammed Al Qasimi, the annual women-only event will take place at Al Seyouh Ladies Park from 6pm to 10pm. Themed "10 Trips Around the Sun," this milestone marks the 10th anniversary of SLC’s efforts to foster a culture of fitness and wellness among women. Over the years, the event has grown into Sharjah’s premier female-focused athletic event, drawing participants of all ages and nationalities. Participants aged 12 and above can register for the event through the Sharjah Ladies Club mobile application. In preparation for the race, SLC will offer fitness and nutrition tips on its social media platforms, reinforcing its commitment to a holistic approach to well-being. SLC is offering substantial rewards, including Dh10,000 for the first-place finisher. The total prize pool for the 5km category amounts to Dh27,000, with additional gifts provided by sponsors.
