Sharjah murder case: Police arrest Pakistani suspect
A Pakistani man has been arrested in Sharjah for allegedly stabbing a man to death, according to Sharjah Police. Sharjah Police referred the case to the Public Prosecution on Tuesday (February 14). Police said the 38-year-old suspect was arrested on Monday, less than 24 hours after he was accused of stabbing the 33-year-old victim identified as H.A.. There were no further details about their identities. The incident happened shortly after Sunday midnight in Sharjah. Police said the victim died due to severe stab wounds in his abdomen and chest. During police interrogation, the suspect admitted stabbing H.A. but said he did not intend to kill him. The two reportedly got into a brawl over a financial dispute.
