  SHARJAH - Rescue teams on Monday were still searching for two sailors who went missing after their ship sank along Al Hamriyah coast. There were 12 Indian crew members on board the ship that sank in rough seas on Saturday. The ship was carrying petroleum products. Seven crewmen were rescued, while the Sharjah Coast Guard and Police Air Wing retrieved the bodies of three sailors, said Brigadier Ali Saif Al Nadas, director of community police. “According to preliminary investigation, the ship was in international waters when high winds pushed the ship towards the Al Hamriyah coast where it hit the breakwater structure and sank,” Al Nadas said.
