Ruler of Dubai congratulates graduates of Government Leadership Programme

250 graduates of the UAE Government Leaders Programme were honored by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, Vice President and Ruler of Dubai on Sunday (March 13), at Expo 2020 Dubai. According to the Dubai Media Office, the graduates were engaged by more than 120 federal, local, and private sector entities in the UAE. Sheikh Mohammed urged the graduates to put their newfound abilities to work on new projects and to improve the organizations for which they work. The program began in 2008 with the goal of enhancing the capabilities of leaders in various sectors so that they may lead change and build a brighter future for the country. It enables participants to get a better awareness of emerging government trends, as well as adaptable leadership and smart decision-making. Sheikh Saif bin Zayed, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, and Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, were among the government officials that attended.
