Special Dubai car number plates to be auctioned off for charity
DUBAI – Special Dubai car number plates will be up for auction on Saturday (April 16) in the first Most Noble Numbers charity auction. Proceeds of the auction will go towards the 1 Billion Meals initiative organised by Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives. The special Dubai car plate numbers to be auctioned include the single-digit plate number AA8 – in addition to three double-digit plate numbers: F55, V66 and Y66. The auction is organized by Emirates Auction, in collaboration with Roads and Transport Authority in Dubai. Special mobile numbers from du and etisalat will also be auctioned off. The charity auction will be held at the Four Seasons Hotel Jumeirah, in the presence of distinguished personalities and philanthropists.
