Temperature to hit 50C in parts of UAE

  DUBAI - The hot weather will continue to persist as temperatures are expected to rise slightly on Saturday (July 23). The National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology (NCMS) said that there will be up to two degrees Celsius increase in temperatures, with internal areas experiencing up to 50 degrees Celsius. Clouds that may bring rain may be expected to form over the east on Saturday. Dust is also expected to affect visibility in exposed areas in the western region. For July, the average temperature is between 41 and 43 degree Celsius. The average relative humidity is between 65 percent and 81 percent. The peak of summer is between July 15 and August 21 in the UAE. Seas are also expected to be rough on Saturday evening. Sunday’s weather The weather on Sunday (July 24) will be hazy in general, with a rise in temperatures expected. A very hot weather will prevail over most areas, with partly cloudy conditions over eastern and southern areas and some rain clouds at times during the afternoon. Winds will be strong at times, especially over the sea and the exposed areas, blowing dust and reducing the horizontal visibility. Sea will be rough to very rough at times in the Arabian Gulf and Oman Sea.
