One expat wins the prize on daughter’s birthday

Two Filipino expats who participated in the 67th weekly live Mahzooz draw won Dh100,000. Real-estate administrator Rhea joined the draw on her daughter’s birthday with the hopes of winning luck. “I jumped, cried, laughed; I was so happy I didn’t know what to do,” said Rhea when she read the email that confirmed her win of the cash prize. She shared that the money would be used for her daughter’s future as well as for her house which is currently in construction in the Philippines. “This is a once in a lifetime experience that I will never forget,” she added. Mechanical engineer Tancredo expressed his gratitude for the platform that solved his and his family’s monetary problems. The 61-year-old Filipino national plans to buy a jewelry gift for his wife with the prize money. He also plans to help his brother and sister set up a bakery back in his home country. KSO/Expat Media
