UAE announces 382 new Covid-19 cases, no deaths in 24 hours

  DUBAI – The number of Covid-19 cases in the UAE continued to decline, dropping to 382 as of Friday (March 11), according to the Ministry of Health and Prevention. The new Covid-19 cases bring the total number of recorded coronavirus cases in the UAE to 884,736. According to the ministry, the infected individuals are from various nationalities and are receiving necessary care. There were no Covid-related deaths as of Friday, which puts the death toll to 2,302. There were more recovered patients in 24 hours, with the ministry recording an additional 1,093 individuals who had fully recovered from the virus. A total of 849,123 people in the UAE have recovered from Covid-19 since the pandemic broke out. Meanwhile, authorities have conducted 332,599 additional Covid-19 tests over the past 24 hours, as part of the UAE’s intensified testing campaign. ICA/Expat Media
