Sultan Al Neyadi enjoys honey bread on the ISS.
UAE Astronaut Sultan Al Neyadi has once more captured Earth's attention, turning a boring task into an exciting one while aboard the International Space Station (ISS). In his recent social media update, Al Neyadi showed the result of squeezing a honey bottle and spreading its contents onto a dry slice of bread, then he released the bread, causing it to float around. He proceeds to split it in two and takes a bite. "Have you ever wondered how honey forms in space? I still have some Emirati honey left that I enjoy from time to time. Honey has many benefits, especially for the health of astronauts,” Al Neyadi wrote.Having spent the past six months in space, Al Neyadi is scheduled to make his journey back to Earth, with the earliest possible return date on September 1. Al Neyadi and his Crew 6 colleagues have been engaging in research experiments, carrying out maintenance duties on the space station, and accomplishing NASA-assigned responsibilities.
