A new cutting-edge mobile clinic is now bringing healthcare services to Abu Dhabi residents' doorsteps. Residents can get preventive and treatment services — from consultations to laboratory tests — right outside their houses with the new mobile solution developed by Seha Hospital Ambulatory Healthcare Services. Dr. Noura Al Ghaithi, the acting CEO of Ambulatory Healthcare Services, said: "As life's demands increase, some may neglect their health because they have no time to see the doctor. In some cases, the elderly resist visiting a clinic, while others may want more privacy when seeking care. That is why we are launching our new mobile offering today." The mobile unit, staffed by trained doctors and nurses, includes assessment and consulting spaces. It provides specialty consultations, chronic disease management, 'Ifhas' screening, premarital, pre-university, and pre-employment screening, adult and child vaccinations, physiotherapy, body mass analysis, hearing testing, vision testing, and a variety of diagnostic services, including ECG, ultrasound, heart stress tests, and comprehensive lab tests. It is open from 8 am to 10 pm, seven days a week. The clinic accepts insurance from over 30 companies and offers low costs to patients without insurance. Those interested in scheduling an appointment may contact 027113737. Seha owns and operates all of Abu Dhabi's public hospitals and clinics. It operates 14 hospitals, 70 ambulatory care, family care, and urgent care centers, as well as three blood banks. Seha is one of the Middle East's largest integrated healthcare providers, employing over 14,000 doctors, nurses, ancillary care workers, and administrative professionals. BKM/ Expat Media
