Accessing confidential data: Up to Dh1.5 million fine; five years' imprisonment for disclosure or alteration. Illegal website modification: Fines from Dh100,000 to Dh300,000. Using forged electronic documents: Fines up to Dh750,000; temporary imprisonment. Altering medical data: Temporary imprisonment for breaches. Email flooding (Spamming): Fines up to Dh3 million; five years' imprisonment. Fraudulent financial gains: Fines up to Dh1 million; minimum one-year imprisonment.
